ICF Group has honed its customs clearance action for 15 years, dealing successfully with the Baltic, St. Petersburg and Pulkovo Customs Authorities, and the Northwest Customs & Excise Center.
Our Customs Logistics Group will:

design and implement a variety of logistics solutions for customs clearance and transit of goods, depending on customs treatment and destination;

have the goods cleared in any customs treatment mode;

plan the customs charges to be levied on the goods;

negotiate with customs authorities to finalize the customs value and import/export procedures for goods subject to licensing, certification, or other non-tariff regulations;

obtain approvals from currency control authorities;

where applicable, secure preferential treatment or benefits;

represent the customer in litigation related to customs irregularities;

provide advice on goods classification according to the Russian Commodity Classification for International Business (CCIB).
